Student Dashboard

The Student Dashboard is where you will see messages about your academic progress. When you sign into TCC Passport, the landing page will look like the below image:

• If the graphics on the screen do not fit well in your browser window, try adjusting the screen size by holding down the control (Ctrl) key and clicking the + or - keys.

OR

• Close the navigation panel by clicking the arrow on the top left or by clicking "navigation" on the bottom left.

Student Dashboard Messages

The Student Dashboard is our way of communicating with you about such things as your grade point average, course completion rate, performance in certain courses, and much, much more!

If you see a symbol by any of the buttons, then you should click on the appropriate button to review the message:

Advisement Triggers

The following items may trigger a green, yellow, or red symbol to show up on the Student Dashboard:

• Not declaring a transfer major/institution
• Verification of TCC primary and/or secondary objectives
• Early Alerts
• Course completion rate
• Confirmation or update of contact information required
• Completion of successful student survey required
• Grade Point Average (if less than 2.5)
• Courses not on education plan
• Not selecting a career objective
• Second attempt of a course
• Third (or more) attempt of a course
• College prep attempts
• College prep enrollment with 12 hours of college credit
• Learning Commons participation
• Internships (50% and 75% completed in an AS/AAS/certificate program)
• Job Application (75% completed in an AS/AAS/certificate program
• Fee payment due
• Registration holds
• Honors, Dean's and President's List
