Signals that tell us we might be getting overwhelmed by stress
When the body and mind experience prolonged stress, you may find that you begin to experience changes either in your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and physical symptoms.
Signs of stress can manifest in one or more areas of your life including your thinking, feelings, physical being and/or behavior.
